Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our global clients, resolving customer queries, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide superior customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, resolving customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate.

  • Offer options and follow superior service no call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and FCR to card members.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's mood, profile, and needs, leveraging this information to provide the most suitable benefits or products while remaining compliant with established guidelines.
  • Deliver customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is provided at all times.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
  • Show a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations, with demonstrated dependability, self-motivating skills, and change management ability.
  • Work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently, with a proven ability to analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail.
  • Possess a workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.
  • Demonstrated dependability, self-motivating skills, and change management ability.
  • Proven ability to work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts.

  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
