A Day in the Life...
As a Part-Time Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of our company's legal and security review lines, ensuring that our data and systems are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion, while also maintaining the highest standards of data consistency and security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of our company's legal and security review lines, ensuring that our data and systems are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Aid in the review and management of new and renewal contracts, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
- Conduct external data sharing inspections and oversight, ensuring that our data is shared securely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
- Work with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
- Oversee project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations
What We're Looking For...
* Fundamental Capabilities: + Ability to assist partners and projects on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills + Excellent communication skills, including process streams and documentation + Ability to arrange and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight + Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints
- Required Training:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field + Currently enrolled in a certified school/college, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the temporary job program + Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months + Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position
- Additional Requirements:
+ Should not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney temporary job or program + Should have unrestricted work authorization + Should have a reliable, dependable plan for getting work done throughout the meeting + Should have reliable transportation to/from work
