Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare plans, products, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
