Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meeting performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Abandon Rate: 5% or less

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of recent call center experience
  • 6 months of previous remote work experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency (test required)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
