Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.

Schedule and Work Environment

This part-time position requires availability to work evening and weekend shifts. Your schedule will include:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

You will be working remotely from your home office, which must be a quiet, dedicated space free of distractions. You will need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home to perform your duties.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
