Key Responsibilities

As a live chat support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging in to our clients' social media accounts to respond to customer inquiries and messages
  • Providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses
  • Collaborating with our chat supervisors to address any questions or concerns you may have
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through your interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic English language skills (written and verbal)
