As an Operations Associate - Flex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, enhancing the shopping experience for every client, and contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Associate - Flex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate order fulfillment and providing excellent service during pickup
- Maintaining a well-stocked store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients
- Contributing to a clean, smoothly operating store and participating in store maintenance activities
- Supporting sales and promotional events, including setup and execution
- Participating in efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, including loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior work experience, preferably in operations or a related field
- A passion for client service and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
