Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified Part-Time Teaching and Research Assistants to support our academic programs and research initiatives. As a Part-Time Teaching and Research Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including reviewing student writings, aggregating datasets, website scraping, and manually checking data accuracy. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of our academic programs and research initiatives, working closely with our faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Reviewing student writings, including 30 4-5 page writings, 7 6-10 page writings, and 7 15-minute pitches

  • Aggregating datasets and performing data analysis
  • Website scraping (with sample codes) and manually checking data accuracy
  • Contributing to the development of our academic programs and research initiatives
  • Working closely with our faculty and staff to support our academic and research goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and promote a positive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, organizational behavior)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, organizational behavior)

  • Experience in teaching, research, or academic administration
  • Familiarity with academic publishing and research methods
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
