The Role

As a Customer Service Representative & Live Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Providing accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction, using your strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, helping us to improve our services and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery, leveraging your excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the development of customer service procedures and policies, helping us to stay ahead of the curve in customer support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Education in customer service, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Telecommunications Professional (CTP).
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
