Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Amazon Customer Support Representatives via chat. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers reaching out via chat. Your primary role will be to assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance as needed.
