Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
  • Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Position Details

Rate:

$35 per hour

Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

Location:

This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
