Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop insights that inform business strategy. With a strong focus on data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining complex data models, creating interactive dashboards, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to meet business needs
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including statistical models, machine learning models, and data visualizations
• Create interactive dashboards and reports to present findings to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop insights
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders, including data visualizations, statistical analysis, and recommendations for business improvement
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and statistical modeling languages
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business strategy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, or other data science and analytics tools

• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Power BI or Tableau

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
