Responsibilities

As a sales/customer support representative for blithequark's Airbnb cleaning operation, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to potential customers to promote our cleaning services and manage bookings
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our cleaning services
  • Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement sales strategies and customer support initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Requirements
