Job Summary

As a Remote Benefits Representative/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about their benefits and coverage options. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding benefit-related questions and concerns
  • Assisting customers in understanding and navigating their benefit plans
  • Providing accurate information and explanations about available benefits and coverage options
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and information in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions and record-keeping

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
