Main Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Reporting Accidents: Ensure the safety of our customers and staff by reporting any known accidents or incidents to the relevant authorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
