What You'll Do

As a Live Chat Operator at blithequark, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, email, and electronic message boards to provide assistance with product selections, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. You'll be assigned to a specific business and will work closely with a chat supervisor to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, offering assistance in product selection, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the training and instructions provided to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with your chat supervisor for support on challenging questions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Work independently and meticulously follow instructions and guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards.

Requirements:

* Access to a device with internet capability to use social media and chat functionalities (e.g., Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop).

  • Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week, with a reliable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
