Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from New Jersey, USA. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, driving strategic growth, and informing business decisions through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our paid media spend.

Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend worldwide.
  • Working with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and developing revealing and examinations to casing and drive choices.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive strategic growth and inform business decisions.
  • Creating and disseminating custom detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media technique.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Developing and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and marketing teams.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Experience working with data management tools, such as SQL or Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms and models.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
