Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by ABC Legal. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by ABC Legal

  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless workflow
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or a related field

  • Basic proficiency with online platforms and tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with ABC Legal's online platforms and tools
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
