What You'll Do in This Role
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
- 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
