About the Role

As a Work From Home Associate, Collections Customer Assistance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers with escalated issues. Your primary duties will include:

  • Investigating and analyzing customer complaints and disputes to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues
  • Ensuring that customer issues are handled within specified timelines and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance

Key Responsibilities

* Perform thorough follow-up and research tasks to ensure effective problem resolution

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues
  • Ensure that customer issues, disputes, and inquiries are handled within specified timelines
  • Properly document account information and input data in the appropriate systems
  • Complete daily work activities to meet operational requirements and goals
  • Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of collections experience

  • Automotive retail and/or lease experience a plus
  • High school graduate required; college degree preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
