Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and other tools to support business decisions.
• Write SQL to build datasets in support of dashboards and ad-hoc analysis, and ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Research, identify, collect, and organize data from various sources to provide a comprehensive picture of our results, and empower effective self-service by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and formatting it into a consumable and meaningful format.
• Develop and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and obstacles, and investigate historical data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to address business issues.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as finance, business analysis, or a connected scientific field.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• 2+ years of business or financial analysis experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights, as well as experience with SQL and making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
