Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system using a variety of software applications
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own judgment and initiative to complete tasks
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues via email and phone
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and typing

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 16 years of age and a resident of the United States
  • Have a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer
  • Be proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a strong command of basic English written and spoken language
  • Be able to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted and work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, or part-time retail fields
  • Familiarity with data entry software applications, such as Excel, Access, or Salesforce
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
