The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be working in our customer contact centre, providing exceptional end-to-end service to our customers who use and/or generate renewable energy at home. You'll be responsible for taking calls and answering emails, resolving customer queries, and proactively keeping accounts healthy. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding targets.

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting salary: £25,500 (includes financial allowances)
