Experienced Customer Care Representative – Weekend Shift (4-Day Schedule) for blithequark's E-commerce Division

Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Care Representative, you will work a 4-day weekend schedule, with each shift consisting of 10 hours. The schedule will be as follows:
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
- Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
- Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
You will work from the comfort of your own home, providing a secure and quiet workspace with a strong Internet connection. blithequark will provide all necessary equipment to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about blithequark's products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and live chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or e-commerce sector

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be compensated with:
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days
