Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Client Associate to join our team. As a Senior Client Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. This hybrid remote role offers the flexibility to work from home and our office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including preparing for client meetings, maintaining client records, and processing transactions
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop and implement business strategies, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing client relationships
  • Prepare and analyze financial data, reports, and other documents to support business decisions and client needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance and support to clients and Financial Advisors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Financial Advisors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in business and client administration, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and support junior team members
