Experienced Full Stack Advertising Producer – Global Marketing Communications

Job Summary

As an Advertising Producer, you will be responsible for leading the creative development and production process, ensuring accuracy and internal communication for all advertising initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing team, finance department, and external partners to develop and implement our advertising across channels to support integrated efforts. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement our advertising across channels to support integrated efforts, including review and routing of advertising briefs and concepts to ensure quality and accuracy from a legal and product perspective

• Review and approval of localization strategies and script translations with our international offices
• Lead confidential launch initiatives while maintaining security and secrecy through the duration of the project
• Schedule product briefings, secure products from Product Marketing, manage and maintain disclosure lists, and maintain strict security procedures on set and with our vendors
• Manage production budgets, monitor POs, and review production estimates to ensure projects are on track and within scope
• Partner closely with Finance to provide ongoing updates on the status of production and to ensure proper financial reporting
• Communicate with relevant groups (e.g., Marcom, PR, Partner Communications, and so on) to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our ads, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work

Essential Qualifications

* At least ten years of brand marketing experience working with global brands, ideally advertising specific and with an emphasis on integrated communications

• Deeply detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
• Experience in localization for global markets, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and language differences
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with multiple partners
• Ability to react quickly to new information and adapt to changing priorities
• Passionate Apple user with a strong understanding of our brand and values

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role at a global marketing communications group or advertising agency

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and present data insights
