Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into various databases, records, and files with precision and speed
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to manage and analyze data
- Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
- Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
- Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a strong sense of accountability
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets
- High School Diploma or equivalent
