Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
