Key Responsibilities
As a US IT Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Review and Understand IT Requirements: carefully review client requirements and understand their hiring needs
- Source Candidates: utilize various sources, including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and IT forums to find top talent
- Technically Screen Candidates: conduct technical screenings to ensure candidates meet client requirements

- Follow-up with Candidates: maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged
- Conduct Technical Screening and Behavioral Interviews: assess candidate skills and fit for client requirements

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Understanding of US Employment Terms: knowledge of W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, and other relevant employment terms
- Prior Experience in US IT Recruitment: experience hiring US citizens, permanent residents, and H1-B professionals in the US
- Technical Knowledge: a fair understanding of various IT domains and technologies to formulate technical questions for screening
- Excellent Communication Skills: strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to Work Independently: self-motivation and discipline to work without supervision in a home office setting
