Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to clients from around the world, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications
- Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
- Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
- Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong phone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations
- COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
- Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare industry
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Training and Development
As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. The training program will include:
- Hands-on training in our clinical trials software applications
- Training on our standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols
- Training on our customer service and support processes
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure your success in the role
