Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients from around the world, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications
  • Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
  • Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong phone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations
  • COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese

  • Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. The training program will include:

  • Hands-on training in our clinical trials software applications
  • Training on our standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols
  • Training on our customer service and support processes
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure your success in the role
