Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric unit team. Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • A current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts (or be eligible to receive or renew)
  • A strong foundation in psychiatric nursing, with experience in inpatient settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and promoting a culture of safety and respect
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification and ability to obtain crisis prevention intervention (CPI) certification
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, experience with electronic medical records, and certification in psychiatric-mental health nursing
