Job Description:M&M’S Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2025 Winter Season! This position will be from October 2025 - January 2026This position pays $17.50 per hour.For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.Job Overview:Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, welcome and greet the guests, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. - Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years old to apply
- No Education or previous retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
