  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is required as well fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to relocate and embrace a new lifestyle in a different country.
