The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients. You will lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients
  • Lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals
  • Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
  • Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What We Offer

* Competitive base salary range: $129,000-$191,000
