What You'll Do

As a remote customer service-payment collection representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
• Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns and provide peace of mind
• Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on how to improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
• Participating in virtual team environments and weekly contests to stay engaged and motivated

Who You Are

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals who possess:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• A background in retail, sales, or wait staff, which has prepared you for the fast-paced and dynamic nature of this role
• Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace from home with a reliable internet connection
• A GED or High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard

Our schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time. We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
