Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Weekend Availability, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer transactions, including taking orders, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ability to ascend or descend stairs
  • Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment

  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service quality
