Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner
- Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
- Dispatching proper authorities to respond to alarm signals, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' properties
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Have prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
- Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ
Shifts and Scheduling
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
Training and Development
As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our paid training program will take place on-site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. Upon successful completion of training, you may be eligible for work-from-home opportunities.
