Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner
  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
  • Dispatching proper authorities to respond to alarm signals, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' properties
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Have prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
  • Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed

Training and Development

As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our paid training program will take place on-site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. Upon successful completion of training, you may be eligible for work-from-home opportunities.
