Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our social media customer support team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities to boost brand awareness and drive sales in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

  • Customer Excellence: Ensure that all team members provide a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining high position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through store maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with company clothing standards and preparation rules.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated business leader with exceptional management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to sales and customer service.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a trusted partner with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable.
  • This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities.
