This is a 100% commission-only role, and as an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads sent to our office by potential clients and schedule appointments
• Meet with families in person or through video chat to understand their needs and help them find the right protection plan
• Complete necessary electronic applications and follow-up paperwork
• Report your numbers to the home office and participate in ongoing sales training
• No cold-calling or prospecting required - we provide you with qualified leads!

Essential Qualifications

• Possess a State Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one (we offer the pre-licensing class for free)
