Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input and Management: Input and update data into our database systems with precision and speed, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies, performing regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently, assisting in other administrative duties as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve data entry processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or certification in data entry an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office, with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
