Remote Care Navigator - Help Members Access the Support They Deserve Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM EST Pay: $21-$23/hour (based on experience) Start Date: October 16th or 20th Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire Employment Type: Contract through Medix Location: 100% Remote (equipment provided) About the Opportunity Medix is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization that's improving lives by connecting members with the care, nutrition, and resources they need to stay healthy. We're looking for Remote Case Managers / Care Navigators who are compassionate, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference. You'll spend your day reaching out to members, learning about their needs, and helping them understand their benefits and care options. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and thrives in a structured remote setting. What You'll Be Doing

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to members each day to complete assessments and discuss benefit eligibility.
  • Engage members in meaningful conversations to identify needs and connect them with the right support or programs.
  • Accurately document all interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate benefits, referrals, and service plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies.

  • Strong technology skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Comfortable engaging with members over the phone for extended periods.

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
