Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Health Insurance License Required Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers seeking information and guidance on their healthcare and Medicare plans
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Helping customers navigate the complexities of healthcare and Medicare plans, including re-enrollment and other program-related matters
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Current and active health insurance license in the state where you reside (no exceptions)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications
