Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system will be essential in driving project success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions with team members to outline scope and approach, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Develop and maintain clear lines of communication with clients and team members, providing regular status updates and progress reports.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and making informed decisions that align with project goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients, attend project meetings, and participate in industry events.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system implementation and consulting.
• BE, MCA, or MBA degree from a reputable institution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Experience working with consulting or professional services organizations, specializing in trade management, supply chain management, transportation management, and/or tax/legal technology.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with O2C (order to cash) and/or P2P (procure to pay) business processes.
• Knowledge of implementing or integrating third-party enterprise tax products (e.g., Determination, Taxware, and/or Vertex) or legal products (e.g., HighQ, Contract Express, App4legal, or similar).
• Experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of cultural and regional differences.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with excellent English communication skills.
