Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Project Management Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team across various phases of projects, from sales support to contract fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing project management assistance for projects from diverse markets, including sports and commercial sectors
• Assisting with writing scopes of work, project pricing, and estimates, as well as sending and receiving project correspondence and documentation
• Offering sales support for project proposal generation, quoting, and technical presentations
• Initiating and organizing contract documents, subcontract documents, and general project correspondence
• Generating and monitoring project budgets and schedules
• Coordinating internal project tasks, including sales to engineering representations, systems design, project accounting, material requisition, manufacturing/product throughput, and management feedback
• Working effectively as a team member, with minimal supervision, and contributing to product and process improvements
• Communicating effectively with sales teams, customers, and project team members
• Supervising on-site project installations or providing supervision assistance for projects
• Regularly and reliably working scheduled hours and performing other duties as assigned and needed to meet customer expectations

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should:

• Be a student registered in at least 12 credits and currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Be in your sophomore or junior year of school, with a strong academic record and a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Have prior construction experience, technical or mechanical interests, hobbies, and experiences (desirable)
• Possess good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member
• Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to travel by air and ground
• Be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
