Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling client support requests and issues via phone, web, or composed correspondence. You will engage, counsel, and teach individuals based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of Blithequark plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide individuals along a path to care, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client support requests and issues via phone, web, or composed correspondence
  • Engage, counsel, and teach individuals based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of Blithequark plans, tools, and resources
  • Guide individuals along a path to care, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and track contacts with individuals, suppliers, and plan supports
  • Escalate emergencies to suitable staff
  • Provide client-related information to respond to unasked questions, such as extra arrangement subtleties, benefit plan subtleties, and part self-administration apparatuses
  • Explain part's freedoms as well as certain limitations as per contract

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Client support encounters in an exchange-based climate, such as a call center or retail store
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Experience in a production environment
  • High School or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capacity to perform multiple tasks to effectively achieve responsibility
  • Comprehension of clinical wording
