Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly recognize and resolve client issues, providing effective solutions and quality decisions
• Collaborate with a diverse group of clients and stakeholders, demonstrating exemplary treatment of inbound assistance calls
• Convey material data to clients regarding blithequark's products, services, policies, and procedures
• Provide world-class administration, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional attitude, and excellent reliability

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old with authorization to work in the US
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with navigating online platforms, email, and web searches
• Dedicated high-speed internet connection with upload speeds of 10 MBPS and download speeds of 25 MBPS
• Clear, friendly, and courteous verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
