About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that involves professionally responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and engaging manner. As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, which in turn, drives our success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide thoughtful, well-structured, and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively.
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
  • Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to the technical team for swift resolution.
  • Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
  • Operate efficiently within multiple software platforms to manage customer interactions seamlessly.

Education and Skills Required

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. A basic understanding of different vehicle makes and models is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Other requirements include:

  • Access to high-speed internet for uninterrupted service delivery.
  • A high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in operating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

Work Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different preferences and needs. The work schedules are subject to change based on departmental requirements but currently include two options:

  • Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
  • Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
