Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and advance your skills and career with our company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
  • Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
  • Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
  • Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1+ years' experience

in a Customer Service role

Must currently reside

in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI

Reliable high-speed internet

with the ability to be hard-wired

High School Diploma

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
