As a Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch services, interacting with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations
  • Enter client information, payments, and confidential data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide support
  • Maintain a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced office environment
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating client records and tracking mileage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry developments

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the roofing industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with dispatch software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency in writing and speaking
