  • Actively promote the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation, driving growth and adoption.
  • Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive the support they need.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Experience and Education

  • Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation.
